By using Boardfolio ("the Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Description of service

Boardfolio is a personal board game tracking tool that lets you curate your collection, rank your favorites, and share a public profile. The Service is provided as-is for personal, non-commercial use.

Your account

You must sign in with a valid email address. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or the underlying infrastructure.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or reproduce the Service in a competing product.
• Upload content that violates any third-party rights.

Third-party content

Board game metadata is sourced from BoardGameGeek (BGG). Boardfolio does not own this content and cannot guarantee its accuracy. Use of BGG data is subject to their terms of service.

Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but make no guarantees of uptime or data retention. We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boardfolio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
